Hand it over. Get on with your day.

Watching DNS records and certificate dates is nobody’s favourite job, and it is easy to forget until something breaks. We take it off your list. We get your domains to where they need to be, keep watch every day, and tell you plainly when, and only when, there is something to do.

Silence means everything is fine.

  1. Day 1
You add your domainsOne DNS change points the reports to us. About ten minutes, and the last thing you set up.
  2. Every day
We keep watchDMARC, SPF, DKIM, blacklists and certificates are checked. If all is well, you hear nothing.
  3. When it matters
    One clear email
The certificate on sjobeckdigital.dk did not renew. It expires in 9 days. Check the renewal job on the server that answers for this hostname.
  4. Step by step
You see what is left to fixFrom p=none to p=reject, each domain shows which senders pass DMARC and which still fail, so you can see when the policy is ready to tighten.

Three products, one account

One login and one bill cover every product, whether you watch a single domain or a client portfolio. Each domain gets its own checks and its own alert history. Set it up once and leave it: you hear from us when a DMARC policy weakens, an IP lands on a blacklist or a certificate is close to expiry.

DMARC Monitor

Free SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist and BIMI checks, then daily monitoring and report analysis while you move from p=none to p=reject.

Every product runs on the same EU-only infrastructure.

Your DMARC reports, certificate data and domain lists are stored in Paris, by EU companies under EU law.

None of our sub-processors are US companies, so there’s no US legal entity in the chain for a CLOUD Act request to reach, for any product in the family.

Why “EU region” isn’t enough

Choosing “EU region” hosting from a US-headquartered company doesn’t remove US jurisdiction over that data. The US CLOUD Act lets US law enforcement compel a US company to produce data it controls, regardless of where the server physically sits, a European datacenter address on the invoice doesn’t change who can be legally compelled to hand it over.

Common questions

What is MonitorBase?

MonitorBase is the account behind DMARC Monitor, SSL Monitor and Uptime Monitor. You log in once, add your domains, pay one bill and get alerts from every product in one place. Each product also has its own site with free checks you can run without an account.

Do I need a separate account for each product?

No. One MonitorBase account covers every product you subscribe to. The All-Monitors plan bundles every launched product into a single subscription; individual product plans work fine if you only need one.

Is my data covered by GDPR, and where does it live?

Every MonitorBase product runs on the same EU-only infrastructure: self-hosted Supabase on Scaleway in Paris, Mollie for payments and AhaSend for inbound report email in the Netherlands, Scaleway Transactional Email in France, and Bunny.net in Slovenia. No sub-processor in the chain is a US-headquartered company.

What happens when a new product launches?

It joins the All-Monitors bundle automatically. Existing All-Monitors subscribers get access to each newly launched product at no extra step; individual-product subscribers can add it separately or upgrade to the bundle.
